Sprains, Strains and Tendonitis

Extremity pain (shoulders, knees, hips, elbows, foot, etc.) can impact your everyday life. We can treat one of the most common and inconvenient conditions quickly to return you to your day-to-day activities.

Neck and Back Care

Neck and Lower back pain is not normal. We identify the source and quickly resolve the pain with simple movements and treatments. We then teach you how to self-treat and prevent future flare ups.

Return to Sport Training

With the basic principle of movement, our focus is on personalize strength and endurance plans to get you back on the field, course, or court in a timely manner.

Telehealth Visits

Need to travel out of town for work? Not a problem. We can virtually treat you so as not to delay progress. We are also licensed to treat individuals in AR, VA, TN and SC.

Specialized in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions through the McKenzie Method. A kind and compassionate faith-based therapist that seeks out the root condition and facilitates quick and thorough management of your pain. Over two decades of handling the most complex conditions, treating with efficiency in both outpatient therapy and sports training.
